Due to inclement weather, LRSD schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 16th. All athletic events/activities are also canceled. The District will continue to monitor conditions in consultation with our Safety and Security team and the National Weather Service and will assess conditions on Tuesday about the status of school for Wednesday, January 17th.
Employees should monitor their emails for additional information from LRSD’s HR team about the ability to work remotely or make arrangements with their supervisors to make up the missed work day.
As a reminder, LRSD will keep staff and families updated through our new platform, Thrillshare, LRSD’s social media platforms and website, LRSD TV, and our traditional media partners. Stakeholders are encouraged to download the free LRSD App, so they will never miss a message from the District.
