Skyhawk Families,
This is a reminder that we will have sports physicals for our 6th Grade Football participants and any student who still does have their athletic physical at this time. In order for the student's to receive their physical they MUST have their completed Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation in their hand. They will not be allowed to call home to have parents/guardians bring it to them, and this will not be accepted in electronic format. Students will be reminded today to pick one up in the front office if they plan to get a physical tomorrow. Please check your email for the attached documentation. Flyer titled “New: Little Rock School District Game Attendance Guidelines.” The flyer explains procedures designed to keep Little Rock School District athletic events safe, family-friendly, and enjoyable. Student Admission: Little Rock School District high school students attending their home school’s game must present both a Little Rock School District student identification card and a ticket for entry. Students from other kindergarten through twelfth-grade schools, whether inside or outside the Little Rock School District, including elementary, middle, and high school students, must be accompanied by an adult who is twenty-one years of age or older with valid identification. No refunds will be issued for minors attempting to enter without an adult. Game Entry Guidelines: No entry will be permitted after halftime. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Ticket sales will close at seven o’clock in the evening on game day or whenever venue capacity is reached, whichever occurs first. This policy is intended to ensure safe crowd management and allow event staff to effectively monitor attendance. Clear Bag Policy: All attendees must follow the Little Rock School District clear bag policy. Permitted bags include one clear plastic, vinyl, or polyvinyl chloride bag no larger than twelve inches by six inches by twelve inches; one clear, one-gallon plastic freezer bag; or one small clutch no larger than four and one-half inches by six and one-half inches for personal items. Medically necessary items are permitted after proper inspection. Phones, cameras, and binoculars may be carried outside of a bag or case. The flyer also shows examples of approved items, including a clear tote, plastic zip-top bag, clutch or small purse, seat cushion, wallet, binoculars without a case, and camera without professional lenses or a case. Non-approved bags include briefcases, backpacks, binocular cases, camera cases, cinch bags, clear backpacks, computer bags, coolers, drawstring bags, fanny packs, luggage, mesh bags, oversized tote bags, tinted plastic bags, and large purses. The flyer concludes: “Thank you for helping us create a safe, family-friendly game day experience!” These measures are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for all Little Rock School District games.

Dear Parents and Guardians, As we prepare for dismissal, please review the following important procedures to help ensure a safe and efficient process for all students. Pickup Procedures (Carline) * Please remain in your vehicle at all times. * Students will not be allowed to cross traffic, cross into nearby businesses, or be picked up along the side of the street. * Students who walk will be instructed to walk all the way to Ranch Blvd. * Please be patient during the first week or two of school, as dismissal lines will likely be longer while everyone learns the procedures. * We encourage you to allow extra time for pickup during the first few weeks. Bus Rider Information * Students will receive their bus information during A6. * Parents can track bus information through FirstView Student Trip Tracking: * Website: www.lrsd.org/firstview * Access Code: J6H2A Bus Trip Tracking information can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cmJ7lkw2CkUIiX8l0gCGEP5OGoTPa0PE/view?usp=drivesdk Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work together to keep dismissal safe and orderly for all students.
